We design, configure and apply standalone to enterprise wide SCADA systems as single stations or Client Server based systems. The SCADA systems we use are open with connectivity into Microsoft technologies on standalone or Client Server based NT, Windows 2000 & Windows XP platforms.

We have experience with SCADA communications via point to point, networks such as Ethernet and via remote modem PSTN, ISDN Radio and Internet.

First we look at the process to gain a complete and detailed understanding. We than plan how and what data should be collected and this shapes the tag database. The database is reviewed for alarms, logging and trend profiles and data rates. Next we design the graphical interfaces. with customer needs and requirements, we aim to provide consistent clear easy to use displays.

Other features of the SCADA system are security, activity, alarm history and reports. Alarms can be routed to printer, email, fax or pager/mobile phone. The reports can be produced into Microsoft Office products by using VBA. Data can be stored into files or Open databases such as Microsoft SQL 7.0.
